If it weren't for the clips sliding off my pants while skiing (Patagonia Powslayer pants) I'd give these 5 stars. Everything else about them is nice. But because of this flaw, which may be specific to thinner shell ski pants, they don't fully function as intended and about 5 or so times during the day you have to stop to reattach. If you have thicker ski pants you may have better results.
Thank you for providing your input on this product. While we have noticed that a thicker pant see greater success you shouldn't have to adjust them that many times throughout the day. You may have an older model of Jessup, which will not have our new clips on them. Please reach out to "firstname.lastname@example.org" to get some more assistance!
After a few months' use one of the clips on my suspenders fell apart when I undid it (the small pin came out of the hole). I was able to fix it a couple of times but now it is unfixable - it flies apart each time I try to clamp it. I would not buy these suspenders again.
Hi Steven, Thanks for your input on the suspenders. Issues like this should not happen with our products. Please reach out to "email@example.com" for further assistance.
Adjustments are easy to do on the fly and the clip used to hold on to the pants is simple to use. I do have some problems with thinner pants, but that has nothing to do with the quality of these suspenders. I would like to see button-compatible suspender in the future though.
I bought a pair of the men's Jessup suspenders on Sunday 2/23/20 at The North Face Store in Vail, Co.. I was buying them to replace a pair of 14 year old suspenders that came with my Killy Ski Pants. The Jessup suspenders would not stay attached to my ski pants. I went back to my 14 year old pair of suspenders for the next 3 days of skiing in Vail. Dave
Hi Dave, We're sorry you had a bad experience with our suspenders. Were you able to return them to the store in Vail? If not please reach out to our customer service team and we can sort something out for you.
