1. The Creation of Our Stretch Webbing
Early on, we recognized that traditional belt design, or even modern alternatives like nylon or fabric belts, simply couldn’t accommodate movement—particularly the kind of movement that involves long stretches of time outdoors, sweat, and constant motion.
So, we engineered high-tensile elastic webbing that stretches just enough to move with you—no pinching, digging, or riding up—even during intense activity. Today, most of our web belts use 85% post-consumer recycled REPREVE polyester, combining sustainability with performance.
2. Micro‑Adjustability without Holes
Discomfort from the need to accommodate the fixed holes in your belt? Gone. We introduced a buckle with micro-adjustable grip teeth, letting you dial in your fit precisely at any moment. Our tapered buckle design makes adjusting on the fly easy.
3. Weight‑Saving Materials
We strip out excess weight by mixing materials: strong buckles with metal trims, yet lightweight bodies. The result? Robust belts that feel nearly weightless, perfect for anything from work to travel. By combining function, comfort, and weight savings, we’ve raised the bar beyond what most canvas belts or traditional leather belts can offer.
4. Introducing: The Motion Belt
Celebrating over a decade of belt design, we introduced the Motion Belt as part of our Lifestyle Category in early 2025. Its design combines new-to-market stretch technology and buckle construction, keeping pace with how you move and wherever you go next.
