Returns & Exchanges
If you don't feel totally uninhibited and inspired to make moves in your Arcade Belt, we'll make it right. Our standard return window is 30 days — and we extend it to 60 days in November, December, and June for holiday gifting and Father's Day.
How to Start a Return
To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and purchased directly from arcadebelts.com.

Submit your return request.
Head to arcadebelts.loopreturns.com to get started. You'll need your zip code and the 6-digit order number from your confirmation email — it's the number after the #. For example, if your order is #123456, enter 123456. -
Print your return label.
A return shipping label will be immediately available to print and emailed to you with a return summary. Attach it to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. Please note: a $6 return shipping fee applies. -
Your return is processed.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, your refund or store credit will be processed immediately. Store credit is issued as an e-gift card sent to your email.
Important: All returns must use the shipping label we provide — this is how your return is tracked. Items sent back without first submitting a return request and using our label will not be accepted. Gift returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from arcadebelts.com and are issued as store credit via e-gift card.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you have two options — both are fast:
Store Credit
Submit a return and select store credit. Once your return is scanned by the carrier, an e-gift card is sent to your email — use it to place a new order right away.
Refund to Your Card
Submit a return and select a refund. You don't need to wait — go ahead and place a new order for the replacement product immediately. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of carrier scan.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Mystery Belts
All mystery belt sales are final. Because the item is a surprise by design, returns are not accepted.
Kits
Kits must be returned as a complete kit. Partial kit returns are not accepted — all components must be included.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 10 business days of your return being scanned by the carrier. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the amount.
If more than 7 business days have passed since you dropped off your return with the carrier and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@arcadebelts.com.

What do I need to start a return?

Can I use my own shipping label?
No — you must use the label we provide. Our return label is how your return is tracked through our system. Items sent back with a different label or without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
When is the 60-day return window available?
We extend our return window to 60 days during November, December, and June to cover holiday gifting and Father's Day shopping.
Can I return a gift?
Yes — but only if the item was purchased directly from arcadebelts.com. Gift returns are issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card sent to your email.
How do I get a different size or color?
We don't offer direct exchanges. The two fastest options are:
- Store credit: Select store credit when submitting your return. Once scanned by the carrier, an e-gift card lands in your inbox to use on a new order.
- Refund + reorder: Select a refund and place a new order immediately — you don't need to wait for the refund to clear first.
Can I return a mystery belt or a kit?
Mystery belts are final sale and cannot be returned. Kits can be returned, but only as a complete kit — partial returns are not accepted.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of your return being scanned by the carrier. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it to your account. If it's been more than 7 business days since carrier drop-off and you haven't heard anything, contact us at contact@arcadebelts.com.
