Lifetime Guarantee

Arcade Belts are built to last through adventure after adventure. We made damn sure of it. When something goes wrong that shouldn't — a buckle that stops buckling, stitching that gives out before you do — that's on us, and we'll make it right. That's the Arcade Lifetime Guarantee.

For everything else life throws at your belt — crashes, wipeouts, bad dogs — we've got our Crash Replacement Discount to help you get back out there.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects are fully covered for the life of your belt. If something fails because of how it was made, not how it was used, we've got you.

Covered

  • Buckle failure or breakage
  • Abnormal or premature webbing fraying
  • Hardware and stitching failure
  • Buckle component failure (clasps, prongs, endcaps, release buttons)
  • Suspender hardware issues

Not Covered

  • Damage from sharp objects or abrasion. If your belt lost a fight with a chainsaw or a fence post, that's a use issue, not a manufacturing one.
  • Natural loss of elasticity over time. Elastic relaxes with use. This is expected wear.
  • General loosening from regular use. Some adjustment systems naturally relax over time. This is not a defect.
  • Loopkeepers. These are a consumable accessory and are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee.
  • Webbing shape or distortion from years of use. Things change after enough adventures. That's life, not a defect.
  • Small webbing fibers or pilling on fabric belts. Minor surface texture changes are a normal characteristic of fabric and are not considered a defect.
  • Normal wear and aging. Like a favorite tee, your belt won't look brand new forever, and that's not a warranty issue.

Crash Replacement Discount

Biffed it? We get it. If your belt took a hit from a crash, a fall, or even an enthusiastic dog (bad dog — and yes, we'll ask for pics), we'll give you a discount toward a replacement on arcadebelts.com.

The Crash Replacement Discount covers accidental damage that isn't a manufacturing defect — basically, life happening to your belt.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

Head to https://arcadebelts.com/pages/contact-us to submit your claim. To help our warranty team properly evaluate your case, we'll need the following:

  1. Photos of the damaged product.
Clear images of the issue are required to process any claim. Please do not throw your belt away before submitting — we'll need to see it.
  2. An explanation of what happened.
Describe how and when the damage occurred so our team can determine whether it falls under our warranty policy. The more detail, the better.
  3. Submit your claim.
Our warranty team will review your submission and follow up with next steps. You're only responsible for the shipping cost of your replacement belt being sent to you.

Outside the US or Canada? We can only ship warranty replacements to the US and Canada. If you're in Europe, please reach out to our EU team at arcadebelts.eu/pages/contact. If you're in Australia, contact our AU team at arcadebelts.com.au/pages/contact.

Eligible Products

All official Arcade products are eligible under our Lifetime Guarantee. We don't require a receipt, but having one can help us verify your product and process your claim faster. If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, reach out and we'll take a look.

Is my loopkeeper covered?

No, loopkeepers are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee.

What do I need to submit a claim?

Photos of the damaged product and a description of what happened. Don't throw your belt away before submitting.

I'm outside the US or Canada — am I covered?

Yes, but we can't ship replacements internationally. If you're in Europe, contact our EU team at arcadebelts.eu/pages/contact. If you're in Australia, contact our AU team at arcadebelts.com.au/pages/contact.
