U.S. Customers - Here’s how to return a product:

• Follow the link below to submit a return request. You will need the order number to process a return. To find your order number please reference your order email or your order history on your customer account page

• Once submitted, a return shipping label will be immediately available to print. It will also be emailed to you with a return summary. — just add this to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. 

• You will have the option of a refund or store credit for your return. Once the returned product is at our warehouse store credit will be immediately available, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. 


U.S. Customers - Here’s how to exchange a product:

• The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired product. To place a return please follow the steps above. 

• All orders receive free USPS shipping within the US, some exclusions apply*

C.A. Customers - Here’s how to return a product:

Returns - Returns must be assigned an RA (return authorization) number. Please email with your return request, please be sure to include your order number as well as your first and last name. Once you receive your RA number via email you may ship your return back to us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, we recommend shipping your return with a trackable service. At this time you are responsible for return shipping.

• Gift Returns - We accept gift returns if the belt was originally purchased from you will be issued store credit for the product amount. Shipping will not be included in your store credit amount.

C.A. Customers - Here’s how to exchange a product:

To avoid any out of stock situations we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the item you’d like to exchange. Your new order will ship and once we receive your return we will refund your card for the return.
