Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused products. Returns must be assigned an RA (return authorization) number. Please email with your return request, and be sure to include your order number, your first and last name. Once you receive your RA number via email you may ship your return back to us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, we recommend shipping your return with a trackable service. At this time you are responsible for return shipping.

For product exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and initiating a return for the item you’d like to exchange. Your new order will ship and once we receive your return we will refund your card for the return.
