Return

• Follow the link below to submit a return request. You will need the order number to process a return. To find your order number please reference your order email, packing slip, or your order history on your customer account page. 

• Once submitted, a return shipping label will be immediately available to print. It will also be emailed to you with a return summary. — just add this to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. 

• You will have the option of a refund or store credit for your return. Once the returned product is at our warehouse your refund or store credit will be immediately processed. 

• Receive Arcade as a gift but need a different size or color? We offer gift returns in the form of store credit. Follow the link below to complete a gift return request. 

Exchange

• The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original product for store credit. Once the return is in transit store credit will be issued which can be used to place a new order for the desired product. To place a return please follow the steps above.
