Our belt webbing is made of 85% post-consumer recycled REPREVE®️ polyester and 15% rubber. REPREVE® is the leading brand of recycled performance yarn, and gives waste a second life by repurposing post-consumer plastic bottles into high grade performance material. Our webbing has been tested extensively to ensure uncompromised performance and durability, while making far less of an impact on the environment.

How does this belt fasten?

It uses a push-pin clamp closure buckle. Slide it to your perfect fit, press the pin, and you're locked in. The micro-adjustable buckle means no more settling for the wrong hole.

Will this belt set off metal detectors at the airport?

Nope. The buckle is completely metal-free, making it a great travel companion. Walk through security without removing your belt.

"I don't review anything PERIOD! Oh well, the belt is fantastic and stays put even with my flat rear end, I bought the slim width and am glad I did as it slides in the loops decent. One thing to remember is the belt is flexible so it takes a bit more time to thread the loops. My only complaint? Get with the program and offer more long belt options I'm 6'4" 260 lbs, not fat just big."

Q&A

What is that leather patch on the side of the belt for?
Hi George, Great question, the patch is actually made from hypalon not leather. It doesn't serve a structural purpose for the stretch belt but is a visual design our team added several years ago in the design of the Blackwood belt.
