1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Arcade Belts, Warn Industries, OutsideBrendan, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
2. Sponsors
This Giveaway is sponsored by Arcade Belts, in collaboration with Warn Industries and OutsideBrendan (“Sponsors”).
3. Agreement to Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 11:00 AM PST on September 29, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM PST on October 5, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their email address through the official Giveaway entry form and agree to receive promotional communications from Arcade Belts and Warn Industries. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.
6. Prize Drawing & Odds
On or about October 6, 2025, five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner):
- $1,000 Visa Gift Card (provided by Arcade Belts)
- One (1) Arcade Black Hardware Alu Belt with a custom Warn winch buckle attachment built by OutsideBrendan
- One (1) WARN PullzAll Cordless 1000 lb Portable Winch (includes 1 battery), provided by Warn Industries
Additional Prizes (4 Winners):
- One (1) Arcade Black Hardware Alu Belt with a custom Warn winch buckle attachment built by OutsideBrendan
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsors’ discretion.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via email within three (3) business days of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arcade Belts, Warn Industries, OutsideBrendan, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
This includes, without limitation, any injury, damage, or loss to persons or property related to use or misuse of any Arcade Belts product, the custom Warn winch buckle attachment, or the WARN PullzAll Portable Winch. Entrants expressly acknowledge that use of belts, buckles, or related products is at their own risk, and Released Parties shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after use.
10. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Sponsors may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond their control impair its integrity.
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Consent to Communications
By entering this Giveaway, entrants expressly consent to receive email communications from Arcade Belts and Warn Industries, including promotional messages, newsletters, and updates. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Consent to receive communications is a condition of entry into the Giveaway and does not affect the right to unsubscribe after entry.
