This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.arcadebelts.com/ (the “Site”).

DATA RETENTION
Arcade Belts retains the Personal Information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws. We will maintain your Order Information for our records for 7 years unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
