Our belt webbing is made of 85% post-consumer recycled REPREVE®️ polyester and 15% rubber. REPREVE® is the leading brand of recycled performance yarn, and gives waste a second life by repurposing post-consumer plastic bottles into high grade performance material. Our webbing has been tested extensively to ensure uncompromised performance and durability, while making far less of an impact on the environment.

What is the Aero Mag made from?

The webbing is made from recycled REPREVE® polyester, so you're getting a durable, stretch belt built from post-consumer recycled materials.

How does the magnetic buckle work?

The magnetic buckle opens and closes with one hand. It holds securely when you need it to and releases easily when you don't.

Does the Aero Mag stretch?

Yes. The webbing has built-in stretch so it moves with you all day, whether you're sitting, walking, or on the go.

Can I machine wash the Aero Mag?

Yes, the Aero Mag is machine washable. Skip the dryer though and let it air dry to keep it in great shape.

Will the buckle stay secure during movement?

Absolutely. The magnetic buckle has a tension-lock design that holds firm through everyday movement and only releases when you want it to.

    My husband loves this belt.

    My husband loves this belt. I have been trying to find a durable but also flexible belt for him for work and these fit the bill. The magnetic closure is awesome.

    Love the belts. Love the

    Love the belts. Love the way they stretch and the magnetic clasp. Only problem I have is that I am getting bigger all the time, and I got the largest size which just barely fits. I would love to get this in a slightly longer length. Also, it just barely fits through my belt loops and iPhone holster loops. Wish I could get about a quarter inch shaved off the width.

    The best part is that Arcade really came through for me. My original order got lost in shipment and they sent me a new order to replace it. Really appreciate their customer support.

    New favorite belt

    I’m always going to have a soft spot for a sturdy leather belt, but I recently picked up the Aero Mag for some hiking in Alaska. It was perfect with hiking pants and it supported my pistol and bear spray without issue.

    I’m looking forward to using it with my hunting and ski pants as well.

    Great belt, but size chart is misleading

    My waist is 37"/38" which is supposed to fit within their standard length -- and it did fit comfortably; however, there's no extra tail length like you'd expect from a traditional style belt since this stretchy 'elastic' material shrinks when it's not under tension. In theory, I didn't initially expect that to be a problem. In practice, it was annoying because each time I unbuckled, there was always one end that had retracted and slipped out of my pants' front belt loops. Because it was then awkwardly dangling from the next closest belt loop (hip), it was really annoying to deal with every time I needed to use the restroom.

    That aside, the product has really great built quality in materials/hardware. The clasp is extremely low profile, stays securely clasped, easy to unclasp single-handedly, and the stretch material is soft and doesn't dig into my waistline. The reason for my review rating is because I think that the size chart is misleading regarding the max lengths for Standard length.

    If you're on the upper end of the recommended length or between sizes, I recommend ordering a size up.

    Wrong size, doesn't fit 1. 5"

    They really need to make a narrow version of this belt, because the buckle doesn't fit pants that their real "1. 5" width belts fit.
